Robert Douglas Friedman has published short stories, creative nonfiction, and humor pieces in Narrative, Story Quarterly, the Satirist, and many other journals. A former domestic desk editor for McGraw-Hill World News, his experience also includes a stint with the Associated Press and freelancing for a wide range of newspapers and magazines. In addition, he has crafted content for criminal defense law firms, a private detective agency, and the New York City Law Department. Friedman currently runs his own digital content development company called Raising the Bar Media. He lives and works in New Jersey.
